“nu Ovo” was born during a fried egg-based lunch. One of those things you don’t eat any more, if not for a quick meal when you’re alone. One of those things that remind you of your childhood, your grandma, the winter afternoons, traditions. One of those simple and quick things, which however have all you need: tastiness and nutritional properties. A thing that everybody takes for granted. Therefore, the “nu Ovo” project aims at enhancing all this. This is why we have chosen the egg.

“nu Ovo” wants to fully represent all the characteristics of the product at the heart of its philosophy. A perfect and unique shape, the charm of a philosophical enigma, endless properties enclosed in a well-defined space and time, more than one thousand possibilities of use. Tastiness is the prevailing quality, especially when the egg is fresh, organic and local.
